Breast cancer examination

Statistics show that 1 in 8 women fall victims to breast cancer. That 1 unfortunate person happened to be my dearest mother (I would never wish this on anyone). Having a strong family history of breast cancer, I have learnt to routinely monitor myself for any lumps or other noticeable abnormalities. I urge all you women regardless of any positive or negative family history to please routinely monitor yourself for any abnormalities. All it takes is a couple of minutes, once a month to keep you safe and checked.

Complete a self examination with your hands on either side of your breasts.

You don’t have to be of a certain age, height, weight or any ethnic race to fall victim to breast cancer. It can effect any women at any age or time. When in doubt, ask! Look out for more details and information on the web regarding breast cancer. Talk to your doctor and get yourself routinely checked.
Healthy you = happy you = happy family.xx
