I have never worn pencil/tube skirts before (mainly due to bum and tum issues!). But when I saw this print, I knew I had to have it. I bought this skirt online and, I was a little apprehensive about it because I wasn’t sure how it would fit and look on me. Anyhow, with a little help from my secret friend called ‘spanx’ and, with occasional tummy suck-in, I think was able to manage wearing it for most time during the day. 😀
So that is me wearing..

I was wearing this skirt during the day yesterday, so I wanted to keep it simple and comfortable. Tbh, I could not wait to change into my pj’s when I got home. Lol. However, I love the print so much so a little sacrifice (like the ‘tummy-suck-in’ act) did not matter too much to me. I hope you guys like the print as much as I do. TGIF! Topshop had a similar one few months back.
Mits.. You were 100% right on guessing that it’s a skirt. hehe.. Yes, I saw a similar print in Topshop and it was £32 or £38. In all honesty, I would not spend so much on a skirt that I might probably wear only couple of times. lol.. I found this skirt on ikrush for just £8.99 plus delivery which came up 11.99. Saved me loads and also made my pocket happy. hehhehe… Good no? 😀 xx

Aww.. Thank you so much Saman. It’s nice to hear lovely compliments. hehe… My waist is tiny compared to my thighs and hips. It’s the lower abs that bulge out (lol). I won’t complain too much because I am so thankful to be healthy. But we women (most of them and ME) like to moan about little things and forget how fortunate we are to be healthy and privileged.
