I always thought peanut chutney/peanut spread involved so much preparation until, I was told otherwise by my dear friend who gave me this easy recipe. So here it is.
You will need..
– 1 cup roasted peanuts
– 2/3 dried red chillies or, you can use chilli flakes alternatively
– Lime juice
– Salt to taste.
Blend all the above ingredients. Add little water whilst blending depending on what consistency you like. And, there you go! Peanut chutney/spread is ready in less than 5 minutes. 😀
