The weather has been so depressing today. Grey, gloomy and raining. But that doesn’t stop life from going on, right? 😀 Anyway, here’s me wearing pink yet again on Day 3 and, hoping for a little sunshine in the coming days. 🙂

A week in pink (Day 1)
I hate it when I open my wardrobe, stand and gaze at the clothes blindly not knowing what to wear! And then, on most occasions I end up wearing my everyday jeans and an old t-shirt like I have nothing else to wear. I am sure most of us have been in similar situation. 😉
This week is slightly busy for me. Having to go out quite often, I decided to make the most of what I already have in my closet. If you peek into my wardrobe you will see I have almost every clothing in every colour and shade. Pink is not my most favourite colour, but I have decided to wear a piece of clothing in pink all week along. Yesterday was an exception and today it begins. 😀
Day 1, here’s what I am wearing…
Bling my shoes (DIY)
I was organising my shoe-rack couple of days ago and I found these blue pointed shoes that I had bought online last Autumn. I never got around to wearing them and they were kept away safely. So when I found them, it felt like I found a long lost friend. Lol. Just as I found this pair, I found another similar pair of blue shoes in my shoe rack! Argggg… I think I am a shoe addict 😦 then again, who isn’t?! 😉
Anyway I did not want to have two similar pair of blue shoes. So I thought I will give one of the pair a makeover. I ordered these stick on diamanté/rhinestones in different shapes and colours online. When I received them, I just could not wait to stick them on my shoes and make it a little more interesting for this spring/summer. So here it is… Before and after the ‘bling’ factor. 😀

Basic up-do (step-by-step)
I love experimenting with new and different hairstyles. Just because I have short hair length, I do not let it get in the way to try different hairstyles. My hair is naturally wavy and I don’t like straightening it every other day. So on days where I feel I can’t be bothered with my hair, I tie it up into a pony tail or do a messy up-do.
I did a post on Double denim few days ago where I received a lot of compliments for my hair and, some of you requesting me on how I wore my hair. I have tried to do a step-by-step for some of you who messaged and asked me on how to do this very simple and basic up-do. The lighting is very unforgiving and I have to admit that it was hard taking pictures whilst doing this. I hope my efforts are well worth though. Thank you all so much for being very kind. 🙂

Maxi, black and stripe
The weather is still grey and gloomy and I am sure we most of us are feeling ‘blah’ about it. I can’t wait to wear proper summer bright coloured clothes. I was debating on my wardrobe choice for today and I finally settled for a beautiful casual stripe skirt, bought as a birthday present for me from my lovely friend. I love how the skirt has side splits till the knees. It was too cold outside so I had to wear it with tights beneath. Anyway, here’s my OOTD 🙂

Today was all about catching up with a dear friend, having an amazing lunch together at Cafe Bistro, desserts at Selfridges and a wee bit of retail therapy at Bond street. Happy day 🙂

Running errands
I had some ‘me time’ today. Running errands, having lunch by myself and a tad bit of retail therapy. Oh the joy of doing things by myself. 😀
I went into Boots to buy some toiletries but ended up buying some lipsticks. I had no intentions to buy any cosmetics whatsoever but it was about time to dump my old lipsticks and buy some new shades.
