I mentioned on Saturday that I was having the girls over for some afternoon tea. The tea went really well. To be honest, this was the first time I was hosting tea at home and, I was so excited by the thought of it. I always remember having these ‘tea parties’ as a little girl. I would role play them by myself or, with my friends. We always had fun doing so. So, when I had the opportunity to host one as an adult, I just could not wait to step into the role of hosting one. π

Soya chunks fry
Soya products are my favourite (except for soya milk!). Soya chunks, mini chunks and, soya mince, are a great substitute for meat products and they are equally tasty.
Soya also comes with additional health benefits when consumed moderately. These include; high protein content, ability to lower cholesterol, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and, they are rich in vitamins. Isn’t that great?! π
One of my favourite (of many!) soya recipes is what I would like to call, the ‘soya fry’. Thanks to my sister for sharing this recipe with me. I love this dish.
